  • How long before my order ships out?
    We do our best to ship out all orders on the next business day. But sometimes, if ordered before 11am, we may ship it out the same day.
  • After my order ships, how long will it take for me to recieve my order?"
    On average, most orders take 2-3 days to arrive to their destiantion within the majority of the US. On the west coast, it may take 3-5 days.
  • How will I know when my order shipped?
    Once we create the label for shipment, an automated email with a confirmation number will be sent to the email provided during the checkout proccess. Didnt receive one? Contact us.
  • The item Im looking for is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
    Great Question! Normally we recieve stock weekly to prevent being Out of Stock (OoS). But the pandemic has caused a disruption in our supply line and we (unfortunately) just don't know. However, we can let you know when the Item is back in stock. 1. Just shop as you normally would until you come across an item OoS. 2. Press on the " Notify when available" button 3. Enter your email and be notified as soon as we restock!
  • I live locally. Can I come pick up my order?
    Hi! We love our neighbors! Our facilty is designed as a fulfilment center and at this time does not offer Will Call.
  • I need my order fast. What can I do?
    We want you to get your order fast. We always chose the fastest shippping option as well as make our best effort to ship the orders as fast as we get them. But, Contact us, so we know you need it asap!
  • Are there wholesale prices available for larger orders?
    Our website is already set for bulk purchases. We sell our items in pack bundles giving you a Wholesale rate at nearly half the price of retail. Additionally you can subscribe to the website and get 10% off your next order. If you have any questions about ordering or applying the discount, please let us know.
  • I own my own business. Is there a business discount?
    Yes! We welcome new business! We offer businesses an additional and permanent 10% off all orders. We just need some info first. Sumbit it here.
  • Can my Billing and Shipping addresses be different?
    Yes. But please keep in mind that the Mass Majority of fruadulent orders we get have different addresses. This means your order my be delayed while we verify the order info. If you have any concerns, please, contact us.
  • My address is wrong on my order. How can I get it fixed?
    Contact us! We will fix it before it ships.
